Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. We are
focused on long-term growth through an active exploration, development, production, and acquisition program in
the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Analyst to join our team, in our Deep Basin South area.

Reporting to the Maintenance Foreman, the Maintenance Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to the
following duties:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule (i.e. preventive, predictive, and corrective
maintenance tasks) while coordinating with the appropriate stake holders to prioritize scheduling of
maintenance work
  • Create, track, review, and manage work orders in the computerized maintenance management system
(CMMS) as required
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for
improvement
  • Generate reports on maintenance activities, including schedule compliance, work order completion rates,
and equipment downtime
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve maintenance scheduling and efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance scheduling inquiries
  • Deliver training programs to maintenance personnel on the use of the CMMS as well as provide ongoing
support to users
  • Identify opportunities to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce downtime, while implementing best
practices and industry standards
  • Participate in all areas of improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling and computerised

maintenance management systems

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree/certification(s) in technical and/or maintenance related discipline or equivalent
experience preferred.
  • At least five (5) years of industrial experience in a plant or other related industry experience.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years maintenance planner/scheduler experience or a similar role
  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems and/or best practices
  • Knowledge of Alberta/BC compliance standards and regulations.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary with knowledge of CMMS systems, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and
PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Excel, Power BI)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and people skills
  • Certification in maintenance and reliability would be an asset
