Your role:
Reporting to SAVP, Contract Management, you’ll hold a visible and strategic role responsible for governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization. You’ll ensure our operational governance framework meets all regulatory requirements and implement risk management strategies that align with sound security practices.
You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to identify areas of risk, monitor compliance regulations, and provide oversight into remediation activities, helping to maintain a strong, positive risk posture for the organization.
Develop, implement, and oversee governance, risk, and compliance programs for Equipment Financing by doing the following:
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Partner with teams across the organization to assess risk and coordinate compliance initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and visibility into compliance efforts and remediation activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to management, providing clear and actionable technical advice.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 10+ years of experience in information strategy, governance, risk, and compliance.
- Experience in large-scale compliance or auditing environments.
- Demonstrated project leadership with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic business acumen and sound judgment.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and balance risk and reward.
- Ownership mindset with a sense of urgency, efficiency, and integrity.
- Strong relationship-building skills; acts with respect and candor.
