Location:
2 Medicorum Place, Waterdown, ON

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Contract term: 18 months


Summary:

The core responsibilities of a Distribution Associate I include receiving, restocking, picking, packing, and auditing of products.


What You Will Do:

  • Inspect, sort, verify, and receive incoming goods against packing slips and invoices, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies.
  • Pick, pack, and accurately confirm goods prior to shipment.
  • Complete cycle counts of inventory.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of items received, transferred, and shipped.
  • Report any discrepancies for drugs and natural health products to Quality Assurance.
  • Plan and prioritize work to ensure daily activities are completed on-time.
  • Maintain up-to-date training on departmental and company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Identify and communicate any required procedural updates based on day-to-day operations.


What You Need:

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma
  • Post-Secondary education (Distribution, Supply Chain or Logistics focus)
  • Warehouse, inventory experience
