The CFO is a key executive driving financial strategy and operational performance for a fast-growing, mid-sized automotive mobility manufacturer. As a strategic partner to the CEO, you’ll provide hands-on, data-driven leadership to support growth, improve margins, and enhance efficiency. You’ll shape financial priorities, refine pricing strategy, oversee reporting and compliance, and leverage tools like Goldfinch ERP and Salesforce CRM to support informed decision-making. You’ll also co-lead the rollout of a company-wide profit-sharing program.

• Partner with the CEO to shape financial priorities and business direction
• Optimize margins, pricing, reporting, and cash flow
• Build financial systems, forecasts, and models that guide smarter decisions
• Co-lead a company-wide profit-sharing program
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations with financial goals

• Strategic, hands-on financial leader with strong ethics and business acumen
• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or mobility industries is an asset
• Skilled in ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Goldfinch, Salesforce)

Location: On-site in Winnipeg

Compensation: From $120K + benefits (health, dental, RRSP match)

Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri
