We are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Manager to drive growth in the Office and Hotel/Restaurant/Café segments within the Calgary area.

Your Role: 

As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in our growth by:

  • Driving Sales: Presenting, promoting, and selling our premium products and services to a diverse portfolio of clients in both the office and hospitality segments. You’ll need to manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing, ensuring we meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Building Relationships: Managing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers across office spaces, hotels, restaurants, and cafés, becoming a trusted partner in their business needs.
  • Prospecting: Actively hunting for new business opportunities, discovering prospects, and qualifying leads in the Canmore and Banff regions. Your ability to find and develop new business is critical to success in this role.
  • Strategic Account Management: Overseeing multiple accounts, ensuring seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with our management team to align strategies and drive business success in this hybrid segment. 


What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience: You should have previous sales experience, particularly in managing the full sales cycle—from discovery, prospecting, and nurturing leads, to closing the deal. B2B sales experience in the office or hospitality segments is highly valued.
  • Skills: Expertise in prospecting, objection handling, and negotiation. Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Word, Excel, and CRM systems is essential.
  • Personality: A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and presentation skills. You should be ambitious, success-driven, and eager to work independently.
  • Requirements: A valid driver's license and daily use of a vehicle are essential.
