As part of Henry Schein One Canada, you will work with products to support the Canadian Dental Practice Management business. Our on-premise products are well established with strong customer loyalty while our cloud product customer base is growing every year!
We are seeking a sharp, business-minded individual to join our Commercial Team as a Growth Marketing Specialist. You will play a critical role in driving awareness and generating leads for our flagship product - a cloud-based dental software, Dentally. By creating engaging initiatives that resonate with Canadian dental practices, you’ll ensure a) that practices across the country know who we are, and b) build delightful experiences that allow dental practices to understand our value. Your work will contribute to scaling our influence in the dental community, developing a healthy pipeline for our sales team, and building a strong community of advocates for our products.

This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days in office, to facilitate brainstorming and team building. Occasional domestic travel (~4-5 times per year) may be required to support our national customer base.
Our office is located across from Guildford Mall, in Surrey, BC. Candidates unable to commute will not be considered.

The posted range for this position is between CAD $75,000-95,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing integrated marketing initiatives that generate leads for the business – this includes strategic events, email drip campaigns, and referral marketing programs.
- Executing regionalized strategies for different customer segments across Canada
- Identifying customer pain points and building lifecycle content that aligns with their concerns and priorities.
- Developing segmented nurture campaigns that guide prospects through the customer journey
- Optimizing performance at each stage of customer journey and continuously iterating for engagement across channels.
- Delivering initiatives that support a high NPS and enables our advocacy programs.
- Developing and maintaining a strategic content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Briefing marketing materials, including battlecards, one-pagers, guides, and other resources that clearly communicate product benefits and features
- Supporting content creation and logistics for both in-person and virtual marketing events
- Having a clear vision and focus on lead generation goals and being nimble and resourceful in your execution.
- Collaborating closely with an ambitious, growing team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably in Canadian SaaS or technology space.
- Campaign management and/or event planning experience is an asset
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and optimizing regularly for engagement.
- Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms (Hubspot)
- Ability to create content that is both educational and persuasive to a specialized audience.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in corporate environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
