This Territory Manager position is a regular full-time position and is located in Langley, British Columbia.

Reporting To The National Sales Manager, You Will

  • Oversee all customer account management, sales, credit problems, warranties, and business development in Territory;
  • Strategically develop and expand the sales and distribution network within your assigned territory;
  • Establish and maintain a consistent call cycle to provide exceptional service to all accounts within the designated area;
  • Analyze and understand product category dynamics and market trends relevant to the region, assigned geography, and individual accounts;
  • Cultivate and manage strong, collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships with accounts and key stakeholders throughout the assigned geography;
  • Support the preparation of technical sales proposals and related documentation.

Requirements

  • Able to build and sustain trust-based business relationships;
  • Willing to travel extensively—90% within the Lower Mainland and 60% beyond, including the island;
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a consistent record of achieving growth targets and key KPIs;
  • Committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
