Executive Assistant

A career as an executive assistant in the Strategy and Revenue Growth team is a crucial strategic role with various team leaders. You perform various coordination, planning, and project management tasks to optimize time management and facilitate the achievement of business line and manager objectives.
Your job:
- Proactively manage and coordinate the agenda and emails, ensuring necessary follow-ups.
- Coordinate quarterly meetings, committees, internal and external meetings, ensuring administrative and documentary management.
- Organize business trips and travel, as well as handle reimbursement and payment requests.
- Write, translate, or revise communications intended for internal or external audiences in both French and English.
- Contribute to various projects (activities for the entire sector, etc.).
- Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with the team of assistants to improve the administrative functioning of the service and develop internal procedures and processes.
- Interact confidentially with external partners, various bank services, and internal members for various files involving human resources.

This position reports to two vice-presidents.

Basic requirements
- Completed professional or college diploma or equivalent academic qualification, and three years of relevant experience.
- Experience as an assistant to senior management members - an asset.
- Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office suite and all collaboration tools.
- Strong adaptability and proactivity.
- Professionalism, rigor, and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in a team.
- Sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency.
