    What will your typical day look like?

    As a Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be at the heart of Deloitte’s technology strategy. Your day will involve synthesizing executive insights to shape strategic direction, staying ahead of market trends, and anticipating industry shifts. You will collaborate closely with Deloitte’s Chief Information Officer, prepare impactful strategic presentations, and coordinate with senior leaders across the organization. You will lead the strategic planning process, ensuring alignment and accountability, and oversee the execution of key initiatives. Additionally, you will manage special projects and conduct in-depth analyses to support our strategic goals. This dynamic role requires a balance of high-level strategic vision and meticulous execution, driving innovation and maintaining a forward-looking perspective on technology trends.

    About The Team

    The Technology Business Management (TBM) team is pivotal in crafting and executing Deloitte’s Technology Strategy. We ensure robust IT financial management, drive impactful communications, and foster technology engagement and adoption. Our team aligns technology initiatives with business goals, manages IT budgets, optimizes costs, and delivers transparent financial reporting. We enhance stakeholder communication, promote user engagement, and facilitate the adoption of new technologies to maximize business value. Through strategic planning and execution management, the TBM team ensures that technology investments support organizational objectives and drive innovation

    Enough about us, let’s talk about you

    • Experienced: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business strategy development within a consulting environment.
    • Educated: Holds a degree in business, computer science, or engineering, preferably a graduate degree, with a strong grasp of both business and technology.
    • Adaptable: Eager to leverage your deep knowledge to support the Technology Leadership team while demonstrating a strong ability to learn and adapt.
    • Skilled Communicator: Possesses well-honed executive and board-level presentation development and analysis skills.
    • Organized: Highly organized and excels at driving multiple strategic initiatives and special projects concurrently.

    Total Rewards

    The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
