As Manager of the payor solutions marketing team, you will play a critical role in TELUS Health's mission to revolutionize healthcare through innovative technology. You will lead your team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting both private and public sector B2B customers, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and driving market awareness for our healthcare solutions portfolio. The position requires a marketing professional with strong understanding of the Canadian private and public payor systems and expertise in B2B healthcare marketing.
The ideal candidate will excel in developing compelling marketing narratives, creating targeted campaigns to drive growth and customer engagement, and most importantly, leading a high performing and highly engaged team. What You'll Do
- Identify and manage initiatives that support and contribute to TELUS Health's marketing strategies, with focus on private and public sector healthcare customers
- Support the development of a high performing team by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to drive sustained business growth
- Position our complex products in the market, through compelling value proposition and go to market strategy that spans across content marketing, product and growth marketing and customer marketing
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as product, sales, and customer success to drive to overall BU objectives, this includes providing proposal support for large RFP & RFI
- Drive the success of our flagship event - TELUS Health Annual Conference through content planning and strategy development
- Maintain strong relationships with internal partners such as PR, Brand, as well as external marketing agencies and vendors
- Lead end-to-end program management of marketing strategies, including budget management, ROI tracking, and KPI measurement
- Leverage strong expertise in the healthcare technology space to guide team in developing targeted strategies for specific marketing programs, initiatives, or campaigns
- Leverage competitive and market insights to inform marketing strategy and initiatives
- Assess and communicate the implications of market changes and competitive developments to relevant stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS industry
- 3+ years experience in leadership roles with proven track record of leading high performing teams
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies for both private and public sector customers
- Strong understanding of healthcare solutions, particularly within pharmacy and health benefits management
- Excellent content creation and communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and familiar with marketing automation tools
- Proven track record in campaign management and marketing analytics
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong financial and business acumen to support budget, forecast and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Healthcare industry knowledge and marketing certifications are assets
- French language skill is an asset
