Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused PC Re-Image Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in re-imaging existing employees’ PCs using Windows Autopilot and managing them with Intune. You will be responsible for scheduling, deploying, and troubleshooting PC re-imaging processes, ensuring smooth transitions for end users, and providing excellent customer service during post-imaging support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PC re-imaging using Windows Autopilot for a seamless and efficient deployment.
  • Ensure the timely scheduling and execution of re-imaging tasks for employees’ devices.
  • Work closely with IT teams to maintain optimal re-imaging schedules and deployment workflows.
  • Manage and monitor devices via Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance and successful deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, configuration, and compliance policies within Intune.
  • Diagnose and address any technical issues arising post-re-imaging, including network, software, or application-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with the IT support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of re-imaging activities, configurations, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Generate reports for management to track deployment success, issue resolutions, and feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting employees during the re-imaging process and post-imaging.
  • Respond to and resolve end-user issues, including software, hardware, or configuration problems after re-imaging.
  • Offer timely and clear communication with employees throughout the re-imaging process to ensure a positive experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar.
  • Experience with additional device management tools or deployment technologies.
  • Ability to lift and carry IT equipment up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 25 lbs] as needed for device setup or troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience working with Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
  • Strong technical understanding of Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address both hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Prior experience with PC imaging and deployment processes in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing high-quality customer support.
  • Ability to manage multiple re-imaging projects and schedules simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
