The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator implements and manages the HRIS, providing clerical, analytical, and technical support for its development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The HRIS Administrator ensures the system complies with all human resource policies, programs, and procedures, as well as provincial and federal legislation. They will configure the HRIS to enhance the onboarding and workplace experience for new students and staff at Jarlette Health Services. Additionally, the HRIS Administrator will establish an HRIS that supports divisional managers and HR staff in areas such as recruitment, retention, payroll, safety, labour relations, diversity, education, and other HR initiatives.

The Following Traits And Qualifications Are Required

  • Business Degree/Diploma or equivalent required and/or equivalent and related work experience.
  • 2 years related work experience in HR preferred
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of multiple human resource areas and applicable legislation
  • Data analysis, basic research and presentation skills required
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new software
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education
  • Must possess valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel
