Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager in the construction industry in Victoria, British Columbia.

A Typical Day

• Monitor construction site progress
• Input and maintain databases
• Review and interpretate construction drawings
• Monitor Bid web platforms for possible bids, prepare and submit estimates for cost of materials, labour and equipment and prepare and manage progress schedules
• Coordinate installation schedules and oversee job details
• Assist with other duties within the organization; sales, operations
  
  

Successful Candidates Will Have

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License - abstract required and own reliable vehicle
• Familiarity with subtrade bid tendering process, including reading and interpreting contract drawings
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Above average communication skills both written and verbal
• Solid computer skills

• $35.00 - $45.00 hourly
