About The Role

Reporting to the North American Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the Canadian market. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where technical savvy meets entrepreneurial energy. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to solution delivery—while building long-term, trusted relationships with owners, contractors, engineers, and consultants.

Your mission? Grow our Canadian presence, deepen client trust, and be the go-to expert for sound mitigation solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow the Market: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Strategic Selling: Work directly with owners and contractors while also developing a non-exclusive distribution network.
  • Client Champion: Manage key accounts, ensuring product delivery, service excellence, and future growth potential.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Liaise with engineering, project coordination, and manufacturing to deliver smooth, on-time project execution.
  • Leverage Salesforce: Track leads, opportunities, client feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve pipeline visibility and responsiveness.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of winning proposals, particularly for private, negotiated projects.
  • Present & Promote: Conduct technical presentations, Lunch & Learns, and trade show engagements to elevate our presence and educate stakeholders.
  • Influence Specs: Collaborate with acoustical consultants and engineers to influence design specifications and solution adoption.
  • Own the Brand: Act as an ambassador of our values and solutions in every interaction—internal or external.

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction or infrastructure sector
  • A knack for technical sales and a talent for connecting complex solutions to client needs
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and minimal supervision required
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bonus points for experience working with engineering consultants, contractors, and owners in infrastructure or construction-related sales
