What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SBS flat roofing projects.
- Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor project costs and control expenditures to stay within budget.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project documentation using management software.
- Administer contracts, manage change orders, and process progress draws.
- Uphold high standards of quality and safety throughout all project phases.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively.
- Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Proven hands-on experience with roofing systems, particularly SBS flat roofing.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of WorkSafeBC and RCABC safety protocols.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Proficiency with project management and documentation software.
