- We bring SAP technical expertise across technical PMO, architecture, integration, data & reporting, security, custom development, system build & administration, and testing.
- We’ve worked with some of the biggest enterprises in utilities and the public sector such as Hydro One, Liberty Utilities, the Government of Canada, and the Province of Ontario.
- We’re a team of 50+ staff and a network of 200+ alumni with 17+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions.
- Working within Digital Health, a Shared Health service, to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
- The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience working in technical Information Technology roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing solution architectures on projects across n-tiered platforms
- Expert knowledge of Information Architecture principles and techniques, data management, data integration, and data quality platforms and tools.
- Expert knowledge and experience in Dynamics CRM and Platforms
- Expert knowledge in at least one enterprise ETL tool
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working architecting solutions involving complex integration scenarios (multi-platform, competing technologies, SaaS and PaaS, Software as a Service)
- Knowledge of process re-engineering principles, requirements gathering, and middleware management
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple non-technical terms for various audiences
- Ability to adapt to change in dynamically evolving situations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Minimum 5+ years experience working in an Enterprise Architect role.
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior executive management.
- Minimum 5+ years experience developing and implementing standards, principles, guidelines, strategies and roadmaps for the enterprise.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enterprise Architecture certifications such TOGAF, Zachmann, and ITIL.
- Problem solver: You quickly formulate approaches from problem statements and target outcomes, undertake research using creative strategies, solve complex problems independently, and quickly learn and adapt to new situations.
- Highly organized: You think in systems and process, create structure in ambiguity, and relentlessly prioritize to pursue what drives the business forward.
- Team player: You effectively partner with others to get things done.
- Clear communicator: You are an excellent writer (memos, slides) and excel at distilling complex information into simple messaging.
- Outcomes driven: You collaborate with your clients, partners, and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and ruthlessly prioritize to meet those needs.
