Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Desk Side Support Technician to provide on-site technical support to end users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring workstations, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and ensuring a seamless IT experience across the organization.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Desk Side Support Technician to provide on-site technical support to end users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring workstations, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and ensuring a seamless IT experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, security groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications (Windows OS, MS Office, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Service Desk team to escalate and resolve complex incidents and service requests.
- Support IT asset inventory tracking, deployment, and decommissioning of equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, procedures, and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide basic support for network connectivity and VPN issues.
- 2+ years of experience in a desktop or deskside support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory for user and group management.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP) are a plus.
