Are you a bridge construction / project manager looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established general contractor, is seeking a Bridge Construction Manager to lead high-profile infrastructure projects in the Woodstock area.

Description

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple active bridge construction projects
• Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated team of three Project Managers and one Project Coordinator
• Offer strategic direction and leadership while working closely with the Bridge Manager
• Drive project execution with a high degree of independence, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Take ownership of project performance, proactively managing risks, budgets, and timelines

Profile

• 7-8+ years of progressive project management experience in bridge construction
• Demonstrated success leading civil infrastructure projects from the ground up
• Deep knowledge of bridge construction techniques and civil engineering best practices
• PMP certification is a strong asset
• Degree or professional designation in Civil or Structural Engineering is considered an advantage
• Experience as a Bridge Manager, or a seasoned Senior PM prepared to step into a lateral leadership role

Job Offer

• Salary: $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience
• Benefits: 100% employer-paid coverage
