A Typical Day
- Coach, motivate, and guide staff to perform at their best
- Oversee scheduling, order fulfillment, and communication to ensure top-tier customer experiences
- Collaborate with the team to reduce downtime, cut reschedules, and drive revenue
- Contribute to marketing efforts, supplier relations, and operational improvements
- Keep vehicles, inventory, and facilities in top shape for smooth daily operations
- Maintain a safe, organized, and regulation-compliant workplace
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role in renovation, construction, or technical fields
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams across multiple areas of expertise
- Inspire trust, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement
- Make smart, forward-looking decisions with the big picture in mind
- Stay calm under pressure and keep operations running smoothly
- Committed to delivering standout experiences every time
- Lead by example while helping the team grow and take ownership
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $85,000 annually and a 50/50 employer-employee benefits plan
