Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Support Strategic Hiring: Assist in salaried recruitment across corporate and business lines, aligning with Aramark Canada’s goals.
Be a Talent Partner: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to provide recruitment support and help secure top talent.
Manage the Recruitment Cycle: Handle job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes.
Build Talent Pipelines: Use market insights and sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates.
Coach and Collaborate: Support hiring teams with interview preparation and share market intelligence.
Stay Organized and Compliant: Maintain accurate records and track candidate progress using ATS tools.
Engage the Community: Participate in job fairs, open houses, and networking events to grow diverse talent pools.
Analyze and Improve: Use data to identify trends Wand improve recruitment strategies.
Embrace Innovation: Explore and use emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement.

Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 2–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or college certification is an asset.
Languages: Fully bilingual in English and French—confident and professional in both.
Brand Advocacy: Passion for promoting employer brand and engaging talent.
Customer Focus: Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset.
Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
Data Awareness: Comfortable using Excel or Power BI to track performance.
AI Curiosity: Interest in AI-powered recruiting tools is a strong asset.
Consultative Mindset: A collaborative approach to building relationships and influencing hiring decisions.
