We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong Scrum Master experience to join a dynamic team supporting an ongoing initiative focused on digital assets. This role will work closely with a Senior Project Lead to manage multiple sub-workstreams within a complex, high-impact program.
A Typical Day
- Start your day by reviewing updates in Confluence and Jira, checking task statuses, and preparing for the daily stand-up with your Scrum team(s), which may include technical developers, business analysts, and product owners.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as a morning stand-up to align the team on priorities, discuss blockers, and assign action items, followed by a sprint planning or retrospective session depending on the sprint cycle.
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Lead to align on sub-workstream progress, updating project documentation and tracking risks or issues in Jira.
- Spend time engaging with cross-functional team members to resolve blockers, clarify requirements, or coordinate deliverables, ensuring the team stays on track.
- Update Confluence with meeting notes, project plans, or process documentation, ensuring transparency and accessibility for the team.
- End the day by reviewing progress, escalating any critical issues to the Senior Project Lead, and preparing for the next day’s priorities, all while adapting to the dynamic needs of the digital asset-focused program.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with strong Scrum Master expertise, including facilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Technical background with experience working alongside technical teams on digital asset projects.
- Proficiency in managing project tools such as Confluence and Jira for team collaboration, documentation, and task tracking.
- Experience in finance or wealth management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with AI-related projects is advantageous but not required.
- Availability for an immediate start, with a full-time commitment (40 hours/week).
- Strong organizational skills to manage action items, risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional delivery teams, including technical teams, business analysts, and product owners.
- Proactive problem-solving to identify and remove blockers, ensuring smooth project progress.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving project needs.
- Collaborative mindset to work under the guidance of a Senior Project Lead while fostering team alignment and engagement.
