Purpose:
The Billing Clerk is responsible for supporting the Data Analyst in ensuring the invoices for the Ontario Health at Home (OHaH) contracts are prepared and ready for weekly submission, and that any issues with the billing files are resolved within contractual timelines. Working under the direction of the Process Improvement Manager and collaborating with the Data Analyst, this role ensures the weekly billing submissions are completed on time with high levels of accuracy.Job Title: Billing Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit weekly billing files for the Ontario Health at Home (OHaH) contracts with a high level of accuracy.
- Analyze billing rejects from the OHaH submissions and coordinate with the Customer care team to identify resolutions.
- Maintain logs of the billing submissions to ensure that all OHaH orders are invoiced and submitted within the contractual billing timelines.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 – 3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivables or Data entry experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,)
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain project timelines
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong knowledge of software systems and the ability to learn new systems
