Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure optimal performance of equipment.
  • Respond to service calls quickly.
  • Identify and diagnose breakdowns, irregularities, and failures.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Installation of electromechanical equipment.
  • Perform safety improvements on equipment.
  • Respect the standards of quality as well as health and safety at work.

QUALIFCATIONS

  • Valid Millwright 443A license.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a licensed Millwright or equivalent.
  • Experience in electrical troubleshooting, an asset.
  • Good troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge.
  • Able to read and understand machine drawings.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Autonomous, methodical, and efficient.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to respond to emergency calls outside shift, if required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team to complete major projects.
  • Flexibility to respond to emergency calls outside shift, if required.

SCHEDULE

  • The first 3 months you will be trained for the morning shift
  • Original schedule 4 pm - 12 am plus shift premium
