Our client, an Industry leader in supplying cleaning and hygiene products to ICI end users, is seeking a strategic and dynamic Associate Marketing Manager to join their team in Brantford, Ontario. As a division of a respected family-owned enterprise with a long-standing heritage, our Client delivers innovative solutions across sectors including healthcare, industrial, office and institutional, hospitality, retail, and entertainment. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to drive sustainable growth through strategic planning, product development, and the execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies.


The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading marketing efforts within a designated segment, acting as the subject matter expert in portfolio management, segmentation analysis, and customer-centric solution development. This position will report to the NA Marketing Manager and is expected to craft clear, actionable strategies based on robust data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence. A strong focus on understanding end-user needs, developing compelling value propositions, and identifying market opportunities will be critical to success in this role.


Key responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle — from innovation and introduction to rationalization and enhancement — while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Communications. The Associate Marketing Manager will also play a central role in sales enablement through the development of training materials and targeted messaging, and support lead generation and customer retention initiatives. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be equally effective as independent contributors and team collaborators.


Our ideal candidate will possess a university degree or equivalent in a related field and several progressive years of relevant business experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Design tools is required. You will have led full life cycle Marketing and Product Inception Programs within companies developing and distributing consumable products sold directly to end users, along with strategic distribution channels.
