In this role, you'll be the engine that keeps our orders and services flowing, ensuring our customers receive their medication, equipment, supplies and services accurately and on time. We're a business that strongly values teamwork, innovation, and a positive attitude!


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be an Order Maestro: You'll be responsible for receiving, processing, billing and managing customer orders and/or service requests, whether they come in online, by phone, or via other channels including from internal and/or external partners. You will process orders and service requests,
including but not limited to the processing of any subscription/recurring orders and/or financial aid/payment plans orders as applicable to the program and/or business. You will process recurring payments for self pay customers and/or coordinate billing with other departments as required and submit orders prior to our daily cutoffs. Think of yourself as the conductor of order and services orchestra, making sure every instrument plays its part perfectly.
  • Data Detectives: You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. You'll meticulously review orders and/or service requests for accuracy, ensuring all the details are correct, including but not limited to product/service codes and quantities to shipping addresses and billing and payment information. You'll be the first line of defense against errors, ensuring an exceptional customer and/or client experience.
  • Customer Champion: You'll handle customer inquiries related to orders, services and/or billing, providing friendly and helpful assistance. You'll be the voice of our company, resolving any issues that may arise and communicating with the customer and/or client as required to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: You'll be adept at identifying and resolving order, services and any billing related issues, whether it's a missing item, a shipping delay, billing discrepancy and/or any other related customer inquiry. You'll be a resourceful and natural problem solver, always finding creative solutions to keep things running smoothly.
  • Adaptability: You're a master of organization, able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. You're flexible and willing to learn new things
  • Team Player: You'll collaborate closely with other departments, including but not limited to the pharmacy, finance, customer service and warehouse teams, to ensure seamless order and service fulfillment. Job Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must possess strong PC and data entry skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to communicate in clear and concise terms both verbally and in writing
  • Previous experience in order processing, billing, customer service, or related fields is preferred, but also willing to train for entry level candidate
