Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Operations, the Massage Therapy Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling all massage therapists, while respecting availability and operational needs for the coming months; in accordance with established protocols.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the administrative files of the self-employed workers: creation of computer access and file with the accounting department;
- Program the schedules of all massage therapists, taking into account the availability of workers and operational needs for the coming months;
- Monitor schedule changes (additions and deletions) and find solutions to cover emergencies;
- Plan and maximize the occupancy of the massage rooms;
- Follow up on various emails and administrative requests (time-off, insurance, etc.);
- Enter scheduling data into SpaBooker;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the system;
- Manage customer complaints (phone calls, emails, etc.);
- Follow up with the accounting department for billing purposes;
- Perform other related duties.
What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position
- College Diploma in administration, management or Human Resources;
- Have a positive attitude, resourcefulness, calm under pressure;
- two (2) year experience in managing schedules for large teams;
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint);
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
- Possess exceptional sense of organization, planning and monitoring, as well as great professional rigor;
- Ability to analyze and manage priorities;
- Respect confidentiality and discretion;
- Bilinguism (French and English), would be an asset;
- Experience with SpaBooker software would be an asset.
