Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Vacations On Wheels, located in Port Coquitlam, BC. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their travel needs, providing information about travel packages, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also handle bookings, address customer concerns, and work closely with the marketing team to promote travel packages. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.
Qualifications
- Customer engagement and sales skills
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and maintain relationships
- Experience with bookings and handling customer concerns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the RV industry is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tool
