About The Role
Reporting into the Director, Continuous Improvement and PMO, the ERP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of D365. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, ERP systems, and cross-functional team coordination. This role will ensure the successful, end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within the D365 implementation through active stakeholder engagement.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute D365 implementation and upgrades.
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and other departments.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants to configure and customize to meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks promptly.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of the ERP system.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in D365 ERP implementations.
- Significant experience with ERP Transformations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics D365 etc.)
- Azure DevOps (ADO) experience would be an asset
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- PMP certification is required.
