About The Team You Are Joining

The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program Office is responsible for the implementation and continuous evolution of the IOSA Program worldwide. The IOSA Program Office is scaling up to create a seamless end-to-end audit process produced in-house. You will join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to make a difference, reporting to the Manager, Audit Operations.

What Your Day Would Be Like

Supporting the delivery of audits by assisting the Audit Planning and Audit Operations Managers throughout the audit preparation period. In particular, you will:

  • Monitor preparation timelines and deadlines for assigned audits.
  • Assist in the assignment of auditors to audits, and in the communication with auditors.
  • Prepare and coordinate logistical arrangements such as auditor travel.
  • Prepare detailed audit plans, in liaison with Manager Audit Planning.
  • Ensure all required documentation is available for the auditors.
  • Assist in the monitoring of auditor currency requirements.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

Experience in an administrative role, preferably in planning and logistics. Experience in program administration would be an advantage.

In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite

Excellent verbal and writing skills in English, other languages would be an advantage.

A university degree would be an advantage.

Knowledge of safety audit principles, the IOSA Program, and ICAO/EASA/FAA requirements would be desirable.
