What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be measured on your ability to achieve and exceed:
- Unit sales volume and profitability in all departments
- Expense management
- Employee retention and engagement
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Proven General Manager or General Sales Manager experience
- 10+ years in automotive or similar leadership
- Strong financial and operational acumen—you know the numbers and how to move them
- Infectious energy and the ability to inspire a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
