What are your contributions to the team?

  • Support headcount tracking and reporting, requisitions tracking and other type of HR reporting;
  • Provide recommendations on HR reporting optimization;
  • Participate in the implementation of activities to improve employee retention and engagement;
  • Provide training to leaders on several topics and as needed. Examples: onboarding of new employees, career orientation and leadership engagement;
  • Support the succession planning process (technical and expert), as well as talent reviews according to the current HR cycle;
  • Support the Human Resources team in tracking of work permits, performance improvement plans, diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, and in managing documentation (SharePoint, shared drives).


During your internship, you will learn:

  • SAP SuccessFactors and sharpen your 365 office skills
  • To better use your communication, adaptability, responsibility and problem-solving skills;
  • The process and activities of recruitment: sourcing & screening CVs, telephone screening, and planning interviews;
  • To analyze and synthesize data in order to present it to executives


How to thrive in this role?

  • You are completing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or other relevant field;
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software in a Windows environment with strong abilities in Excel;
  • You are a great team player and possess good interpersonal skills;
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French) to communicate with international teams;
  • You are thorough and meticulous;
  • You are organized and well structured;
  • You have a positive outlook and an approachable demeanor;
  • You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
