  • Provide excellent customer service and strategic advice by developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, financial, and tax affairs.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver additional value and optimize tax positions, including recommending corporate reorganizations when advantageous.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the year, coordinating engagement preparation and follow-up.

Technical Excellence

  • Provide clients with services such as financial statement preparation, financial projections, audit support, and financial reporting to lenders.
  • Ensure all firm policies, accounting and auditing standards, and quality control requirements are upheld.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to support engagements and contribute to the development of innovative approaches and solutions.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Review team members’ work for accuracy and completeness, providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensure engagement documentation is complete and accurate prior to partner review.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to staff members, supporting their professional development and performance goals.
  • Promote an open and supportive team environment, facilitating communication and problem-solving.

Tax Planning

  • Collaborate with our tax specialists to deliver integrated client service and support long-term tax planning strategies.
  • Ensure tax provisions are optimized by evaluating both corporate and personal circumstances.
