The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a dynamic Lease Contract Coordinator to join our team in Langley, BC. As the Lease Contract Coordinator, you will coordinate leased equipment from order to delivery, while acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Lease Contract Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate equipment deliveries and returns within an assigned region
  • Prepare leasing contracts, purchase orders, and other documentation; communicate contract details with Sales team and customers
  • Review pre-delivery requirements with customers to ensure all prerequisites are met
  • Manage equipment return process, including damage recovery and billing
  • Resolve invoicing disputes with customers
  • Ensure accurate and detailed records are maintained in ERP and CRM systems
  • Provide regular status updates on equipment orders and returns
  • Provide administrative support for Lease and Sales departments

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • At least two years of related coordinator work experience
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Highly adaptable and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills

The base pay range for this role is: $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a hybrid role based in Langley, British Columbia. Please note that after training is complete, work can be performed from home three days a week.
