We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead Developer/Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions. This role requires deep expertise in OIC Gen2, Oracle CX Cloud integration, and modern integration design patterns. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving integration architecture, collaborating across teams, and ensuring timely delivery of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2 solutions to integrate Oracle CX Cloud with other systems
  • Design and implement integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven) aligned with Oracle best practices
  • Execute integrations using a wide range of adapters: FTP, JDBC, SOAP, REST
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of OIC solutions
  • Leverage CX Cloud Adapters effectively within OIC for seamless communication
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions
  • (Optional) Guide usage of Oracle VBCS and APEX for UI development and SaaS extensions
  • Implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies where required
  • Utilize OCI services such as Object Store, Functions, Streaming Service, and Queues
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
  • Ensure project milestones are met and documented

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen2
  • Proficient in integrating cloud and on-prem systems with Oracle CX Cloud
  • Deep knowledge of OIC adapters and Oracle integration best practices
  • Experience with ATP, VMSFTP, and UCM connections
  • Strong PL/SQL development capabilities

Nice To Have

  • Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Integration Cloud Service Specialist)
  • Experience with Oracle VBCS and APEX for SaaS extensions
  • Experience designing DR and high availability architectures
  • Prior leadership of integration teams and technical decision-making

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
