As our Marketing Technologist, you'll be the engineering backbone of our marketing operations—building the templates, pages, forms, and workflows that drive admissions while our strategists focus on big ideas. Your code will directly impact campaign performance as you ship solutions that expand our reach and accelerate results.

Engineer and maintain high-performance HubSpot assets and automations that accelerate marketing execution, reduce manual effort, and directly contribute to revenue growth through optimized digital experiences.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and build modular, mobile-responsive landing pages, email templates, and forms in HubSpot's Design Manager using dynamic content modules and clean code that accelerates campaign deployment.
- Transform business requirements into automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing sequences, and campaign triggers that eliminate manual intervention.
- Maintain HubSpot infrastructure through meticulous QA, clear documentation, and rapid troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance across all marketing assets.
- Enduring strategy meetings with ambiguous outcomes—your focus is on building, not endless planning.
- Waiting for perfect design specifications before beginning development work.
- Participating in theoretical marketing discussions—your value is in execution and technical implementation.
- Managing campaign calendars or developing marketing strategy.
- Expanding beyond the HubSpot ecosystem or engaging in complex front-end development beyond HTML/CSS modifications.

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience with demonstrated proficiency in CMS, workflow automation, and form creation.
- Proven track record of independently building and troubleshooting HubSpot templates and automation sequences.
- Current HubSpot certification (HubSpot CMS for Developers, Marketing Software, or equivalent).
- Functional HTML/CSS skills for layout modifications and technical troubleshooting.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong documentation practices.
- Availability during US business hours.
- Experience supporting marketing operations in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Working knowledge of performance marketing funnels and lead generation campaign structures.
- Demonstrated success building scalable, reusable component systems within HubSpot.
