We’re a full-service commercial maintenance company looking for a top-tier Administrative Assistant/Operations Support to deliver innovative projects in the healthcare, education, hospitality, recreational, entertainment, retail, commercial office, mixed-use, and light industrial sectors. You’ll play a key role in coordinating reports, documents, meetings, and internal communications—helping projects and people move forward efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Support daily administrative needs across departments
Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and correspondence
Coordinate internal/external meetings and events
Assist with project tasks, and document control
Onboard new hires and coordinate IT/setup
Manage expense reports, purchase orders & travel bookings
Keep our office running smoothly—supplies, maintenance, mail, and more
What You Bring
Diploma in Office Admin, Business, or relevant experience
2+ years in an administrative or coordination role
Construction/Commercial industry experience is a plus
Strong communication and organization skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
Self-starter with a high attention to detail and discretion
