We're growing rapidly, earning industry recognition, and scaling with purpose. We’ve been recognized by Deloitte’s Fast 50 and Fast 500, Business Intelligence Group, and as one of Ottawa’s Best Places to Work. And we’re just getting started!

The Role

The Data Integrations team at Solink manages over 300 active integrations with third-party data sources—and that number continues to grow. As customers leverage these integrations to power their reports and dashboards, they provide valuable feedback and change requests to enhance performance, accuracy, and functionality.

As the Technical Project Coordinator for this team, you’ll be the owner of the change request lifecycle. From initial intake to final delivery, you’ll oversee the process of evaluating, prioritizing, and coordinating integration updates and enhancements. Your focus will be on designing scalable, repeatable systems that drive efficiency and ensure that high-impact requests are addressed in a timely, transparent, and customer-centric way.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success to gather information, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication at every step. You’ll continuously assess and refine the process to improve turnaround time, minimize friction, and optimize resource allocation—all with the goal of delivering a best-in-class experience to both internal teams and customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Request Lifecycle: Take full ownership of support and integration change requests—coordinating across customers, partners, and internal teams to drive each request from submission to resolution.
  • Communicate with Clarity: Keep stakeholders informed by tracking and sharing the status, blockers, and expected timelines of each request. Set clear expectations and provide timely updates.
  • Optimize for Flow: Identify recurring blockers and inefficiencies in the development process. Proactively recommend and implement strategies to improve velocity and reduce friction.
  • Be the Connector: Act as the bridge between the integrations team and both internal and external stakeholders—building strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the process.

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • Experienced Coordinator: You bring 2–3 years of experience in an IT project management or technical coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
  • Clear Communicator: You can effectively translate between technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • API-Savvy: You have a solid understanding of API architecture and integration best practices, and you’re comfortable working in a technical environment.
  • Analytical Problem-Solver: You approach challenges with curiosity and precision, bringing excellent attention to detail and a structured, solution-focused mindset.
  • Tech Fluent: You can quickly absorb technical conversations, ask smart questions, and confidently track with engineering teams.
  • Ownership-Driven: You take full responsibility for the success of your projects—from early discovery through to final delivery.
  • Excellent Communicator: Your written and verbal communication is sharp, professional, and always audience-aware.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Have Hands-on API Experience: You’ve developed or integrated APIs and understand the technical nuances involved.
  • Use PM Tools with Ease: You’re comfortable using platforms like Jira, Asana, or Trello to manage workflows and track progress.
  • Bring Light Technical Chops: You’ve dabbled in networking, Linux, or related infrastructure concepts and aren’t afraid of a terminal window.

Security Requirements

  • Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
  • Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
  • Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
