What You’ll Like About This Job
Roska DBO is hiring Welder’s Helpers / Shop Hands in Grande Prairie, AB for full-time, local shop-based work. Candidates will support pipe fabrication, assembly, and maintenance in a clean, safety-focused environment. This is an ideal opportunity to gain oil and gas hands-on experience with one of Western Canada's top operations companies.

- Exposure to welding, pipefitting, and hydro testing work
- H2S Alive and First Aid certifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (GDL considered)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Physically fit and comfortable with power tools
- Strong work ethic and teamwork capability
- Forklift or skid steer certification
- Prior oil and gas experience
- Familiarity with welding and shop environments
