We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Office services team in Toronto. The Office Services team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CC&L office. The Office Coordinator is responsible and accountable for a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. The Office Coordinator is an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Reception services for the Toronto office, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting guests in the office and coordinating mail & couriers
  • Manage the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office
  • Providing administrative support for the executives
  • Assisting with event coordination and staff event planning
  • Assisting with internal meetings including catering, setting up, clean up, etc.
  • Ordering supplies and managing the supply room
  • Troubleshooting equipment and appliance issues (e.g., photocopiers, kitchen appliances, etc.)
  • Providing back up for reception
  • General administrative duties as required

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure; dealing with changes and interruptions while maintaining strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and use them effectively and efficiently

This role is on-site 5 days a week working 8am-4pm ET.
