Description

Do you thrive on solving problems and keeping things running smoothly? As a Warranty Coordinator you’ll be the go-to person for managing and coordinating warranty issues reported by our clients. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps our post-project relationships strong and ensures every detail is wrapped up to perfection!

You will support the implementation of Ledcor’s warranty program by providing exceptional customer service with internal project teams and external clients. You will be a key contributor in the project close out process ensuring accurate and timely facilitation and follow up on warranty related matters for a diverse range of building construction projects.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage and track incoming warranty claims from clients and internal teams, including logging claims in tracking systems
  • Coordinate dispatch of trades and Ledcor representatives to various sites to address warranty issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, service history, and project-related documentation in centralized systems
  • Join client meetings with the Warranty Manager to update stakeholders on progress and outstanding warranty items
  • Review project specifications to identify warranty requirements and gain project team input on certain warranty claims
  • Attend project close-out meetings and facilitate the transition from project execution to warranty phase
  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation of O&M manuals, warranty trackers, and maintenance records
  • Actively participate in team meetings to collaborate on all projects within warranty phase

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in construction or property development or a related industry
  • Experience in warranty services or construction administration is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated and capable of troubleshooting tasks independently while collaborating with teams and external contacts
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities, fostering effective collaboration
  • Accurate data entry skills with the ability to identify and correct document errors
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol requirements

Working Conditions

  • Office-based role with occasional travel to project sites may be required

Compensation

$56,000 - $63,000 Annually

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
