GlobalLogic Marketing & Communications is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Partner Marketing Manager to drive and manage relationships with our ecosystem business partners and Growth Marketing – Industry partners. The role will involve creating and implementing comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies that align with our partners’ growth goals, interlock with industry goals, and accelerate GlobalLogic’s positioning within key markets. You will work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to drive impactful, partner-centric marketing initiatives that promote joint success.

As a Global Partner Marketing Manager at GlobalLogic, you will play a pivotal part in supporting assigned ecosystem partners. You will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth opportunities by delivering innovative partner marketing programs that benefit both GlobalLogic and our partners.

We are seeking a talented, self-driven, collaborative, and highly motivated candidate with a proven background in partner marketing, industry marketing, and stakeholder management. Ideally, you are a data-driven marketer who brings fresh ideas, strategic focus, and a commitment to excellence every day.

Requirements

Own the marketing relationship with defined hyperscaler partner lead(s). Create and activate annual GTM plans for assigned partner(s), in collaboration with industry marketing and partner lead(s).

Job responsibilities

Key responsibilities:


  • Interface with Ecosystem/Partner managers to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, plan, and program architecture, supporting assigned partner business priorities, with the goal of delivering the best marketing performance for both partner and GlobalLogic.
  • Work with Industry marketing leads to develop integrated partner marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders across Growth marketing, Brand, PR, Social, Sales, etc
  • Develop joint GTM plans and approved co-funds allocation plans (Marketing Development Funds or otherwise) for assigned hyperscalers.
  • Ensure all marketing criteria is met for maintaining or obtaining desired partner status.
  • Align with industry marketing leads to develop programs that accelerate partner solutions growth in our most strategic accounts.
  • Take lead on hyperscaler event planning and execution; Spearhead participation in major partner events (such as GCN, AWS re:Invent and Microsoft Ignite), ensuring seamless execution and alignment with partner marketing goals.
  • Ensure alignment with ONE HITACHI as needed (i.e. large sponsorship events like AWS re:Invent, Microsoft Ignite, GCN,etc.)
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration with all marketing functions.
  • Track and measure the success of partner marketing initiatives to demonstrate marketing impact.
