You will play a critical role in discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis, and supporting the overall product development lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow in product management and learn by working alongside experienced PMs in a mission-driven GovTech environment.

What will your primary responsibilities look like?

  • Support product discovery efforts by conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing user feedback, and synthesizing research findings.
  • Document and clarify business and functional requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Map current and future-state workflows to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to align on requirements and priorities.
  • Help maintain and groom the product backlog, supporting prioritization and readiness for development.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify best practices.
  • Assist in QA and UAT activities, helping ensure the product meets requirements and delivers a quality user experience.
  • Monitor product usage trends and customer feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and valuable in this role?

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, structured deliverables.
  • Experience writing user stories, business requirements, product briefs, process and design documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement or government operations is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

What are the assets that would make you stand out?

  • Curious, resourceful, and excited about solving user problems.
  • Organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Eager to grow into a product management role through hands-on experience and mentorship.
  • Motivated by public impact and making government work better through technology.
