Day in the Life


A day in the life of an office administrator is filled with various responsibilities and tasks. The morning routine typically starts by checking emails and voicemails, prioritizing tasks for the day ahead. Administrative duties, such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and managing office supplies, are handled throughout the day
You will also assist operations leaders with bid-related tasks as well as oversee completion of deposits and payments. You will perform general accounting & administration duties such as inventory tracking, accounts receivable and assist project managers with contract administration. As you will be the first point of contact for most stakeholders, it’s critical to provide excellent customer service
