We have an immediate requirement for an onsite support engineer for hardware replacement, break-fix tasks, and PC repairs in SA,VIC,NSW. The engineer should be willing to travel to multiple site locations across daily.
Mode: Full time or Dispatch (Casual Basis - Should be available for minimum 2 days in a week during business hours in weekdays)
Should have a car which is mandate

Data Warehouse locations are as below:
- South Australia Warehouse Location: Richmond Road Marleston
- VIC Warehouse Location: Lexton Road Boxhill
- NSW Warehouse Location: Parramatta Rd, Homebush
- Pickup & Delivery: Collect replacement parts from the Datawarehouse transport them to customer locations, and complete repairs efficiently.
- Hardware Repairs & Break-Fix: Identify and resolve hardware issues, including replacing faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, motherboards, and power supplies.
- Software Installation & Configuration: Install/reinstall operating systems, drivers, and required software while ensuring updates are applied.
- Data Security & Testing: Secure critical data before repairs, conduct post-repair testing, and validate system functionality.
- Documentation & Ticket Updates: Capture before-and-after photos, complete the Service Verification Report (SVR), and update ticket status in ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Device Handover & Returns: Ensure repaired devices are properly returned to customers with verification. Drop off faulty components at the Homebush warehouse.
- Workload & Travel: The engineer should handle up to six tickets per day and be comfortable traveling to multiple locations
