Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity with understanding of all HR fundamentals including employee life cycle, succession and workforce planning & talent management and employee relations
  • 3+ years of HR leadership experience providing operational support to business leaders
  • Demonstrated and successful experience building awareness on key organizational issues and ability to present relevant solutions

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • CHRL designation
  • Experience with SAP Successfactors

Day in the life

As Manager, HR Operations, you will play a critical leadership role within our HR team, reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources (VPHR). Your mandate is to lead the design and delivery of a high-impact, employee-centered HR operations function that directly supports operations and aligns with broader business priorities.

You will work in close partnership with the HR Leadership Team to shape and execute HR strategies that drive organizational performance, operational efficiency, and workforce engagement. Your primary objective is to build a responsive, future-ready HR operations team that delivers measurable value across the business.

Key Areas Of Impact

  • Strategic HR Execution: Collaborate with senior leaders and HRBPs to translate business goals into integrated people strategies, ensuring HR initiatives proactively address organizational needs.
  • Leadership & Capability Building: Coach stakeholders and HRBPs to strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance communication, and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Workforce Planning & Succession: Execute workforce planning initiatives and drive employee development programs that enable effective succession mapping and ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders and critical talent.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Champion programs and practices that foster high engagement, improve retention, and create a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, structure, and service delivery to optimize efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Change Management: Guide and support transformational initiatives that enhance business agility and support sustainable growth.

You will apply sound judgment, deep HR expertise, and business acumen to influence decisions and deliver HR solutions that improve both employee experience and business outcomes. By strengthening the capabilities of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, you will empower them to make data-informed decisions and solve complex organizational challenges.
