We are currently looking for Digital Loyalty Manager at our Corporate Offices in Ajax, ON. This is a hybrid role.
The Group Aftersales Digital Loyalty Manager will lead digitalization projects and initiatives within Aftersales for both the VW and Audi brands covering elements of the customer ownership journey. This role will also manage and oversee the maintenance of aftersales technology systems and vendor management that are used by dealer staff while interacting with VW & Audi customers. Also lead for VW After Sales our robust Pre-Paid Maintenance, service loyalty and Dealer After Sales recognition programs.
The goal for this role is to oversee our digital projects to deliver consistent positive brand experiences, ensuring systems and tools help dealers interact with customers throughout the customer ownership journey. This role will ensure our shared customer facing VW & Audi digital platforms deliver the same objective, with ease of doing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Lead and Project Management on After Sales IT/Digital projects.
- Close collaboration and CAN representation of After Sales IT projects in coordination with the brands, IT&S and DAS IT projects with Germany.
- Responsible for the maintenance, development, and strategy of all VGCA after sales systems, including but not limited to:
- Online Service Appointment Booking
- Tablet Inspection across vendors
- Elsa-2-Go Dealer Service tool
- UPG [Universal Pricing Guide] / PPSO – Maintenance and Packages Calculator
- After Sales IQ (Business Intelligence)
- Data Sharing and DMS Extraction
- Other Aftersales project and service lane initiatives
- D3 EdgeBox – Software update server
- Group Retail Portal security access
- My VWApp enhancements
- Roadside Event Platform
- Report activities status to Group After Sales and Senior Leadership
- Support After Sales Action Team
- Evaluate benefit and feasibility (including Business Cases of upcoming Aftersales Business Technology)
- Continually develop and evaluate a strategic landscape for CAN and work with North American Region
- Oversee VW Pre-Paid Maintenance program in collaboration with VW Financial Services
- Manage VW After Sales Guild recognition reporting
- Track and report monthly on VW Active Car Park
- Demonstrate the digital impact on the customer journey
- Support and align with other digital business systems [e.g. Datalake and AG systems]
- Request and manage PO requests via K-SRM, and pay vendors on time
- Ensure monthly PPM reporting using Tableau
- Review relevant VW After Sales dealer communications
- Business and/or Information Technology degree
- 5+years of relevant experience
- Prior Project Management experience is desired
- Strong Relationship Building skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to apply a Consultative approach to selling
- Strong Communication Skills (Verbal / Written)
- Highly self-motivated & results oriented
- Strong Collaboration & negotiation skills
- Excel – Advanced (pivot tables, vlookups, macros)
- PowerPoint & Think Cell
- Bilingual (English & French) considered a strong asset
- Ability to travel to the U.S. or Germany as required
