About The Role

The Property Maintenance Worker will be responsible for the general maintenance, repairs and upkeep to equipment, facility, yard, chicken shop, and properties.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Maintaining Maple Lodge Farms buildings, yards and properties, including but not limited to:
  • General repairs
  • Pothole repair
  • Resurfacing Yard and Parking Lots (Grading)
  • Plowing, salting & Snow Clearing
  • Dust control watering of Yard
  • Picking up garbage
  • Spraying or cutting down weeds in the yard
  • Completing preventative maintenance inspections, and scheduled work orders.
  • Removal of scrap and recycling from yard areas.
  • Assisting other Trades as necessary.
  • Other duties as required

What You Will Bring

  • A mechanical aptitude with 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • A DZ Drivers license
  • Experience with heavy equipment / lawn maintenance equipment
  • Working knowledge of OSHA and WHMIS
  • Backhoe, Skid Steer Front End Loader experience is an asset
