Baker Tilly Nova Scotia Inc is seeking a Senior Manager of Tax Compliance to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ tax compliance needs are met with precision and expertise.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and conduct tax reviews on an as-needed basis.
  • Train A&A staff and managers on compliance matters.
  • Identify and raise tax planning opportunities.
  • Prepare specialized elections and returns.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.


A successful candidate will have:

What You’ll Bring:

  • Successful completion of the CPA Canada Income Tax for the General Practitioner Course or the first year of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Program.
  • Strong ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in tax compliance and planning.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff and managers.
