About The Role
Under the direct supervision of the Manager and Executive Secretary, Public Lending Right Program, the incumbent provides:
- Administrative and clerical services;
- Performs data entry and title research in support of the annual PLR library sampling;
- Follows up with registrants on support material;
- Responds to general inquiries and provides basic program information to clients;
- Digitizes and archives information as per policies and processes of the PLR Program;
- Responds to general inquiries related to PLR Programs;
- And performs other related duties.
- Two-year college diploma in administration of related field or the equivalent knowledge gained through specialized training and experience
- Two (2) years of experience directly related to the responsibilities of the position
- High Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of bibliographic and library collections practices and standards
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid organizational and administrative skills
- Demonstrates initiative and strong attention to details
- Proven ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and discretion
- Ability to follow established protocols and administrative procedures
- Excellent data entry and records management skills

- An intermediate level in reading comprehension (B)
- A basic level in writing (A)
- An intermediate level in oral (B)
