Operations Specialist

Agilus is recruiting for multiple Operations Specialists in the Banking Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.

This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of one of the largest banks corporate office in Canada! The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring governance, policies and procedures are in place and being followed by the numerous branches across the nation.

Responsibilities

• Review processes and procedures of the branches to ensure regulatory requirements are being met
• Run regulatory assessment tests
• Provide feedback to regional heads
• Recieve complaints from branches and triage to the appropriate regional heads to find resolution
• Assist in developing a regulatory control inventory
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Fast learner
• Experience in Deposit and Banking Compliance are a very nice to have
• Strong excel skills
